I grew up in a loving home with my granny and mom, where food was more than something we ate – it was how we expressed love. Our kitchen was filled with warmth, laughter and the comforting smell of something baking.
Even in high school, I would bake cookies at home and take them to school to share with my friends. Looking back, I realise I wasn’t just baking cookies – I was sharing a little piece of home with the people around me.
Today, baking is so much more than a passion. It carries my memories, my family, my love and a piece of where I come from. Every creation I make is baked with that same feeling – the feeling of home.
